A former Chief Digital Officer, Chief Transformation Officer and interim CIO, he advises organisations on AI adoption, governance and turning AI pilots into practical, scalable business solutions. He holds an Executive MBA from Quantic, alongside credentials from Yale, Stanford, Cambridge and MIT.
Holly Joint
Co-Founder & Managing Partner, Beacon58
A former C-suite executive and Board Adviser with 25+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI-enabled operations, and business strategy. She has led major transformation initiatives at ADSS, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank and Miral Experiences, bringing practical expertise in using technology and AI to improve business performance. Holly holds a Master's degree from the University of Oxford.
